This product replaces the need for a vinyl plastic cover which can be harmful to your health. It protects your mattress or topper naturally without the use of harmful vinyls or other synthetics. Ideal for bed wetters or people that experience excessive sweating. Excessive moisture can and will shorten the life span of your natural bedding. Made of thick slightly felted 100% woven organic wool textile that is tightly woven, making it a natural water repellent. The napped surface absorbs moisture and keeps dampness from getting through. The pad will lay flat on top of the mattress without straps and is held in place by the fitted sheet.
