Shipping

1. We ship all orders within 3 business days upon the receipt of your order and credit card payment.  We will send you an e-mail confirming your order.  Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
2. All orders will be shipped via UPS/FedEx/USPS services within the Continental United States.
3. Shipping rates shown on the order form are estimated ground shipping charges to provide you with information on the average shipping costs. The correct shipping charge will be adjusted after the order has been processed to reflect the actual shipping rate.
4. The shipping services are not able to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
5. Orders placed on Friday or weekends and holidays are processed on the first following business day. Deliveries will not be made on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
6. We cannot be responsible for shipping carrier' delays, or losses or damages during transportation.

Return Policy: 


All defects/returns must be reported to us via-Email (support@comfortersluxury.com) within 2 business days from the date you receive the shipment. We will issue a Return Authorization # (RA#). We cannot accept returns without a pre-approved RA#.

1. Defective: If the package(s) are damaged at the time you accept the package(s), please report the damage immediately to the carrier's driver to file a claim. We are not responsible for  carrier delays or damage during the transportation.
2. All our products are inspected before we ship. However, if you still receive merchandise with manufacturer's defect, we will replace or credit your account upon receipt of the returned merchandise.  Please return all claimed defect items in its original package or the returns will not be accepted by our Receiving Dept. and no credit will be issued.
3. Please note all returns are subject to a $15.00 or 25% re-stocking fee whichever is greater. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
