Shipping Return Policy: All defects/returns must be reported to us via-Email (support@comfortersluxury.com) within 2 business days from the date you receive the shipment. We will issue a Return Authorization # (RA#). We cannot accept returns without a pre-approved RA#. 1. Defective: If the package(s) are damaged at the time you accept the package(s), please report the damage immediately to the carrier's driver to file a claim. We are not responsible for carrier delays or damage during the transportation. 2. All our products are inspected before we ship. However, if you still receive merchandise with manufacturer's defect, we will replace or credit your account upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Please return all claimed defect items in its original package or the returns will not be accepted by our Receiving Dept. and no credit will be issued. 3. Please note all returns are subject to a $15.00 or 25% re-stocking fee whichever is greater. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. 4. Please note - refused, unclaimed or undeliverable orders are subject to $15.00 or 25% re-stocking charge whichever is greater. |
